Prior to joining Verifacto, Hezi Moore was the CTO of Cloud Computing at Huawei Technologies. He is responsible for research and development of Huawei Cloud Computing and Data Center Business Unit. Delivers successful execution of the company’s business mission through research development of the company’s next generation Cloud and Data Center solutions. Focuses on identifying, tracking, and developing, new and emerging technologies.Leads the strategy for the company technology cloud platform in the area of cloud networking, cloud security and cloud storage. Establish and manage technology teams which consist of senior software architects and senior developers.
Prior to joining Huawei, Hezi Moore was Entrepreneur in Residence at Advanced Technology Development Center. He coaches and advises companies regarding growth, direction, technology, and shares with them his extensive expertise in the area of cloud and security. Hezi works specifically with CEOs in the key areas of business strategy, fundraising strategy, team development, and critical areas of entrepreneurial and technology development.
Prior to joining ATDC, Hezi Moore founded Reflex Systems (Reflex Security), bringing more than 20 years’ experience in security, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and entrepreneurial expertise. Hezi led the initial capital raise of $1.5 million to found the company, followed by $40.5 million of working capital. In his role as CTO, he was responsible for shaping the company’s technology strategy and defining the roadmap for future design and development of innovative, integrated network security solutions, virtualization security, cloud security and delivering them to market. Hezi led the effort to develop the industry’s first Virtual Security Appliance (VSA) that provides visibility, management and security for virtual networks and cloud infrastructures. He invented state-of-the-art technologies complemented by 10 filed patents in network security, host-based security, virtual environment security, and virtualization management.
Hezi moved to the United States after completing his military career to study at Georgia Tech where he completed a B.S. in Computer Engineering and then an executive MBA in Management of Technology.
